At G. Burbick farms we raise grain fed black angus beef as well as pork. This year we are offering beef and pork in box quantities. Our calves, hogs and grain are grown on our own farm and fed without the use of hormones or antibiotics. We age our beef for 14 days prior to cutting. Once cut it is frozen fresh and delivered immediately. Packages are vacuum sealed and USDA approved and stamped. Beef shares will consist of approximately 50% burger and 50% premium steaks (T-Bones, Rib-Eye, NY Strip, Sirloin) and roasts. Cuts will vary depending upon availability. Larger quantities of beef and pork are available by the quarter or half with 30 days notice. These quantities can be custom cut and wrapped to your specifications. Bulk ground beef and pork are also available.
